About Authenticycle

Every sustainability journey brings its own challenges. Whether you’re coordinating efforts across sectors or shaping strategies for the first time, finding clear, effective paths forward can be demanding. AuthentiCycle supports you through these complexities with transparent guidance, confidence, and actionable approaches.

Making Sustainability Simple

Clients often come to AuthentiCycle when they face one of two challenges:

  • The technical challenge — how to collect, model, and present data in a way that meets rigorous sustainability standards.

  • The human challenge — how to engage diverse stakeholders, balance confidentiality, and keep projects moving when priorities differ.

AuthentiCycle’s approach is to meet both challenges together - numbers only matter when people understand them — and people only commit to change when they trust the process. That’s why our style works on both analytical rigour and clear, simple communication.

Meet our Director

Inge Flowers

I bring over 20 years of experience in sustainability, waste management, and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA), combining deep technical expertise with a strong focus on collaboration across diverse stakeholders. My career began in the waste management sector, where I became a Chartered Waste Manager and built a solid foundation in understanding end-of-life processes. This early experience continues to shape how I approach sustainability today, making sure decisions consider the entire lifecycle—from production all the way to disposal.

For the past decade, I’ve concentrated on the sustainability of materials, especially within the global leather supply chain and related sectors. I believe understanding both the durability and end-of-life impact of materials is essential since it significantly influences a product’s overall environmental footprint—something I’ve found isn’t always fully appreciated. This focus allows me to help clients make better-informed decisions about their products and supply chains.

I’ve managed a wide range of projects, from straightforward LCAs to complex, aggregated studies that involve multiple stakeholders across different parts of the supply chain. These projects often require balancing varied expectations, dealing with different data quality levels, and applying relevant technical standards. I enjoy both the technical “number crunching” side of LCA and the human side—making complex results easy to understand, building trust with stakeholders, and creating clarity when people have different perspectives.

At the heart of my work is a commitment to clarity, practicality, and reliability. My role is not only to meet the immediate needs of your project but also to help you build long-term confidence in your sustainability strategies. I take pride in helping groups move forward together while maintaining strong analytical rigor.
